46 foot electric aerial man lift. 900 hours. Good condition. Works as it should. New batteries. Private owner/seller, so no additional tax. Weighs 14,300 pounds. Late 1990’s model. Foam filled tires. Spent its life at knowles atomic labs in niskayuna until I got it about 6 years ago.
